Manufacturing
Eamon Drugs’ manufacturing facility for Softgel dosages and ointment formulations is designed to meet cGMP, WHO, Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act (Schedule-M), and other regulatory standards. The plant is supported by a Quality Control and Quality Assurance department that follows current Quality Management Systems and is staffed by well-trained technical personnel.

- Easy-to-clean surfaces, including PU-painted walls, coving, and powder-coated doors.
- Equipment is calibrated and validated to meet product specifications.
- All contact parts of equipment are made from high-quality SS 316L with controlled temperature and humidity.

For Softgel dosages, Eamon Drugs employs cutting-edge encapsulation technology, ensuring precise dosage and bioavailability of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The formulations are developed with a focus on stability, efficacy, and patient compliance.
In the case of ointment formulations, Eamon Drugs ensures consistency in texture, stability, and therapeutic effectiveness. The company emphasizes the use of high-quality excipients and APIs, combined with meticulous formulation techniques to deliver safe and effective products.
Packing
At Eamondrugs, we provide durable, transparent, and tamper proof packaging. Our facility allows Soft Gelatin Capsules to be packed either in blisters or in bottles. We have two dedicated blister line for soft gelatin capsules packaging and one bottle packaging line.
For Ointment packaging, we have installed Auto Catenator Machine in secondary packing area. The packed carton by auto catenator is then subjected to tertiary packing. The tube cartons are then filled in shrink wrap or inner cartons with pre-specified instructions.
